Program for 2010

The following program is published for the purposes of the Club Permit Scheme (red plate) and for the general information of the members.

Please note that for the purposes of the Bugatti Club Australia Inc. the designation Rally refers to a touring assemble having no competitive element.

Road Testing Days

These are nominated for the third Saturday and Sunday of each month.

All the other events for the year will be advised by mail and/or email and will be posted on the club website.

CARS ON CLUB PERMIT PLATES CAN BE USED FOR TESTING ON THE DATES AS LISTED BELOW. BE REMINDED THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CARRY IN THE CAR A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TOGETHER WITH THE YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD AND THE PERMIT CERTIFICATE.

SUMMER RUN 2010

IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED THAT AN EVENT BE ARRANGED EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR SO THAT WE CAN GATHER AND DISCUSS THE UP COMING EVENTS.

THE DATE NOMINATED IS THE 28TH FEB.

YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF DETAILS IN DUE COURSE BY EMAIL OR ON THIS SITE

Planning for GABR XXIII is progressing.

We have received some 21 entries to date (11.1.10). If you are intending to come to the rally and have not, as yet, entered I suggest you do this as soon as possible as the final catering arrengements are now being arranged.

The event will be based at Wangaratta and include drives in the wine areas and around Beechworth.

The event will start with morning tea in Tooborac progressing via the nearby wineyards with lunch at Tabilk then on to Wangaratta.

Saturday will be given over to the "long" drive and casual dinner. Sunday will be the shorter drive, AGM and Formal dinner.

Monday is for a lazy drive home!

The entry forms will be sent to all members in late October as it is essential that accommodation is confirmed in November. 

NATIONAL HISTORIC VEHICLE DAY 16/05/2010

IN ASSOCIATION WITH AOMC THE CLUB WILL BE ORGANIZING A LUNCHTIME RUN ON THE NATIONAL HISTORIC VEHICLE DAY.

THE INTENTION IS TO MAKE OLDER CARS MORE AWARE TO THE COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY IN RELATION TO THE RESPECT THEY REQUIRE WHEN SHARING PUBLIC ROADS.
